Structured Water, Sacred Water

I've taken on a project of learning about the healing wells of Ireland.  My interest

came about when I visited the homeland of my grandparents on the West Coast of Ireland

some years ago.  Located on the family property is a healing well, specifically one of the infamous "Biddy's Wells".

Born in the 1800's, Biddy was from  County Clare, Ireland and a local healer.  She traveled about the countryside activating 254 wells, each with specific healing abilities.  Pilgrimages are made to these wells today in modern day Ireland.

While speaking to a friend about my project she responded:

All Water is Sacred Water

Of course! This statement blew me away as I'm currently using and working

with a Structured Water Unit.  Yes, that was it!

Like Biddy, each time I drink structured water I speak a purposeful intent, so I

suppose I am activating the water.

How can you describe "energy" with words, it's something you feel
and know.  Oh I know alright, as an empath I feel all.  When
structuring my water I feel lighter, brighter and complete.  It's as
if the structured water has filled a void in my cells and my body
wants more.  I want more........just can't get enough!

Inventor, Clayton Nolte says it takes one drop of water
that has been structured to effect and structure a gallon
of water, a tub of water or a body of water.

Every few days I structure a gallon of
water, at this time I'm structuring my water 12x, more than
that and I'm flying off the charts!  I mix this water with
my bottled water that I bring to the office.

I have a macro intent that I learned during my reike
training and this is my purposeful intent that I say:

Holy, Holy Spirit, use me, use me, use me 
as a channel for healing.

Not only am I blessed with the benefits of this sacred water,
but everyone I come in contact with are blessed as well.

This is a Miracle!

I can breathe!  No more nightly coughing fits from sinus and

post nasal drip issues.  I place my mini shower unit in front of a

small fan in the bedroom and have a restful, peaceful sleep.
I wake up feeling clear headed, refreshed and rejuvenated!

I have placed a cup of structured water in front of a small

fan in my outdoor porch area too.........the very first thing I

noticed was that every bird species in the neighborhood is hanging 

out on my roof and in nearby trees.  It's a beautiful site to behold and
I'm really enjoying the family of woodpeckers that have taken
a liking to my palm tree!

Look who showed up this morning........right on cue!

look at my poor palm tree, thank you Clayton!!!

There's a family of three who live at this tree.

chap stick
packages of tissues
toothbrush and toothpaste
comb
soap
hotel size shampoos
granola bars
crackers
pack of gum
band aids
mouthwash
coins - $5.00

Assemble all the items in the bags and maybe throw
in a note of encouragement and store in your car.  Freely
give to the homeless in your area as you go about your
daily business.

What's in your tool kit?

Let me tell you that being sensitive is not that much fun

when the energies are at an all time high - and about to go

higher when Xwave arrives over the next three months.

I'm already finding myself using tools that I've gathered 

over the years just to remain grounded during this eventful

time.

A few years ago I was listening to a radio program and the

host was interviewing John Mullen of Palmajetics who talked

about having great success with his palm healing energy

technique.

He has a technique for grounding that in my opinion

works like a charm each and every time!  

Place your palm on your chest (high heart area) with

your thumb touching your clavicle bone on one side

and your index finger touching the clavicle bone on the

other side. Now rest your other hand on top.  

Within minutes you will get relief!  

Having experienced panic attacks, I'm well aware when

my energy threshold is about to peak and that's when I

take immediate action.

Another good tool comes from Jim Self.

Command the chakras in your feet to open 20%.

Bring the earth energy in through your feet, your

ankles, lower limbs, knees and thighs locking

into your root chakra.  Create a loop of the energy,

going down one side and up the other and through

the root chakra. Basically you're anchoring yourself.

I typically run this energy for a few minutes, max 10.

When completed, be sure to command that the chakras

in your feet close!

Of course you can always revert to the tried and true of

visualizing your feet rooted to Mother Earth.

Whatever works for you!

All I know is that it's time to breakout the tool kits!

The Wishing Tree

The Wishing Tree, also known as the Fairy Tree are

found throughout Ireland, England and Scotland.

Clouties (cloths) are hung from the branches of a Wishing Tree

with a handwritten wish.  This picture is of a tree in

Cornwall, England.
