Micronic Silver

 I feel like I just won the lottery!

For years I've suffered with a skin rash (yeast infection).  Totally removing sugar from my diet has helped, but not cured.

But now we're headed into summer and the heat is just intolerable causing outbreaks with intolerable itching!  Of course I'm dealing with Florida summer where we have 90 degree days already!

I received the product yesterday.......and last night was the first night that "the itching" didn't wake me up! Not once.  Not only that, but I also sprayed my dogs yeast ears and he didn't wake up all night!

You only know what I'm talking about if you deal with these yeast infections!

It was suggested that you take the Micronic Silver Dietary Supplement while using the spray, to take care of the inside as well as the outside.  So I'm doing both.  The dietary supplement is the same formula as the spray and can be used to refill the spray bottle.

Medicinal Herbs

 I've been working on adding/refilling my medicinal herb cabinet this year.  I don't know the exact date of when I made the switch in my world, but I did!  I think I've taken antibiotics twice in the past 15 years, for s killer sinus infection!  Other than that I use herbs or alternative caps.  It's become second nature now to just turn to my herbs making a tea, infusion or syrup.  

It did help that 15 years ago I did take an intensive 6 month Herbal Medicine class.  If you have the opportunity to do so, you should take a class, it's well worth it.  Continue to learn as you go!  I just learned something new from Legacy Wilderness Academy:

My overall body weakness since childhood has been respiratory,  My go to is Mullein.  This video is about Wild Cherry Bark......aha!  Remember cherry cough syrup, cherry cough drops......I have this herb on my order list, I'm interested to see the difference between mullein and wild cherry.

What's Up on Planet Earth

 After a wild night of dreams, most specifically that I had started a youtube channel called "What's Up"....on planet earth".

I awoke in a frenzy trying to gather all of my Karen Bishop books which had been boxed several month's ago.

I found some, still looking for the rest!  I sat down, calmed myself and asked "what is this about"?  It was then that I did a google search "Karen Bishop, Author, North Carolina".........to find that she had died last April.

I don't even know if the written word can possibly do justice to the physical and emotional impact that rippled through my body.  I guess you can tell that I haven't been online in Ascension Groups or checking in on HighHeartLife posts from Denise Le Fay in quite some time.  But all things happen as they should.....after a good cry, I just started giggling.......it was just like Karen to get a message to a tribe member, even if it was 11 months later!  I wonder how many on her frequency experienced a similar connection after her passing?

I am truly heartbroken, sad, feeling just weird and hearing "you don't need confirmations any longer, you haven't needed them in a long, long time, this is the part of the journey where you trust in yourself".

Around the early 2000's I went on a reiki workshop retreat and there I met a most special woman, from day one it was clear that she was leaps ahead of our group.  But there was something different about her, she was truly angelic, there was a light about her.  I found myself with her at dinner one night and we did the "what's your story moment".  

She battled tears, her wound still bleeding.  A year before she was boating with her family and her step son started drowning, her husband dove in after him.  They both died.  She stood helpless watching from the boat.   She sold everything, purchased a camper, went through a dark night of the soul and started on her spiritual journey.  She had a very harsh awakening.

Before we parted she said to me:  Look up Karen Bishop and Benu Too.  Oh My God, little did I know how it would change my life and my friend Kory's life.   There was no doubt to me that I was on Karen's frequency and my friend Kory was on Benu Too's.

Karen how you will be missed.........your heart opened my heart.  Thank you wayshower for guiding us.
