I'm so happy I found this work again! I had previously written a post about helpful waves many years ago and recently I took a stroll down memory lane and all the links in my post were broken! Thank goodness I was able to do a search and find the helpful waves youtube channel and ebook describing the theory behind helpful waves.

If you have worked with the remedies for emotional healing, than you know they work. You will experience subtle shifts in your mood, feelings and emotions.
It's all about frequencies.
