March 2018 Ascension Energy Update

If the energies are going to be anything like yesterday..........holy moly,

we're in deep _______.

I couldn't function yesterday at all.  The energies were

very powerful and I felt held in a space of

suspension or was it suppression........hum

I also know that when I find myself in a space of

not loving myself - when those dark thoughts arise, that

I really need to pay attention to allow the gook to pass

through and out.  Not fun.

All we can do is ride the waves.
